AutoDoc End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.

By clicking “I Agree,” installing, or using AutoDoc (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Ownership & License Grant

The Software is licensed, not sold. AutoDoc Guide retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software. Subject to your active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your purchase.

2. License Restrictions (Seat Management)

This license is granted based on the number of “Seats” purchased.

Authorized Sharing: You may share your license key only with the specific number of users or devices permitted by your purchased seat count.

Prohibitions: You shall not share the license key with third parties or “natural persons” outside of your organization/household once the seat limit is reached, nor may you use the key to bypass the intended seat-count restrictions.

Enforcement: The Software includes technical measures to prevent more concurrent activations than seats purchased. Attempting to circumvent these technical limits is a material breach of this agreement.

3. Online Verification & Data

To protect against unauthorized use, the Software requires periodic internet connectivity to verify your license status. You acknowledge that the Software may transmit a hardware identifier (HWID) and hostname to AutoDoc Guide for the sole purpose of seat management and fraud prevention.

4. Term & Termination

This EULA is effective from the moment of installation and continues until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if:

• Your subscription expires or is canceled.
• You fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTODOC GUIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoDoc Guide be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Gelderland, Netherlands.
